nice to see OpenGIS available for Firebird. It should be possible to do a lot
of the work via a UDF library initially and hopefully move that into a module
for the engine later?

Firebird-126.96.36.19967-0_Win32.zip, I see fbserver sise is 2,997,792byte while
Firebird 2.1 Beta 2 Firebird-188.8.131.5280-0_Win32.zip fbserver is 2,711,552
