Looking at one FAQ, look for an option under "Tools" called "Toolbar wallpaper".  It's not there by default, but will be there if someone installed a add-on from Microsoft to enable skins.

Since it only affects IE, someone may have loaded a "skin".  I don't use them myself, so I'm not sure how to remove one.

      Hello all,

On one of my computers someone has changed the color of the toolbar in IE 6.0.  It is dark in color and difficult to see unless you put the cursor over the ‘buttons’.  I have looked everywhere to change the color back or to a lighter color with no luck.

      Any ideas would be APPRECIATED.

      Thanks,

      Jill in CA
