    Hello, Do any of you have any trouble getting PAF 5 to print through the network? PAF 4 prints fine, but PAF 5 sends scrambled characters to the printer????

        Yep, same problem. Paf 5.1.12.0 prints mulitple pages of garbage to HPlaserjet4 for a pedigree chart. Paf 4 prints just fine. I thought they were fixing the

                Are you by chance using a manual switched printer box that allows you to switch from one system to another to print to a printer? If so, you might want to make

                  If so, you might want to make sure you have a "break-before-make" type
                  of printer switch box. Some don't and in switching from one system to
                  another, you miss the preamble code for putting a printer into the
                  right mode...

                    always quit using PAF5, or convert files back to Paf4.

                      You need to have a disk that can hold at least 10MB. That would be a hard drive, a Zip disk (100MB or 250MB), or an LS-120 disk. It won t fit on a diskette.
