Thanks RickK, RickP, Herb, Phil, Justin, all those
      that listened,

Client PCs can now connect to Win2000pro without a
      password.
The instructions from Rick K worked out the best.
The client PC's now can access the Win2000pro
directories that are shared. An added benefit occured
on the WinME PC's. They can now display and access my
win95 client PC's. (That why I didn't like the winME
OS. They wouldn't show all the clients in the
      network.)

It didn't seem to make any difference whether I had
the guest account disabled or not on 2000pro.

After following Rick's instruction (listed below) I
keyed in User name (client2), Full name, &
Description, all the same and clicked create (with the
user must create password at next login turned on).
Next I right clicked on the user (client2) that was
created and chose properties, and UN-clicked User must
change password at next login (so you can change the
other boxes), then clicked on User cannot change
password, and Password never expires, then Apply, and
      Close.
      Thanks All, for helping.
