      XP is on its way out. Next year it won't be supported any longer so machines are being updated to Windows 7 according to our director. Some FHC are using Vista last I heard but are moving over to Windows 7.

      Personally, I'd accept nothing less then Window 7.  XP is a upgrade liability.  


      I don't know as Windows 8 is supported yet.  I don't know as FS ever supported Vista.
