      Dan,

      I searched the archives for all messages related to LANDesk and do not find
      anything about manually changing an ID. The closest thing was running the
      Computer Identification Tool. If you could point us to the thread with that
      information I would appreciate it. I had a DeepFreeze install go bad so I
      cloned one of our other, identical model computers in order to save hours of
      time reinstalling software.
