      No, but that doesn't mean it is not happening, only that staff have not
      reported it to me yet. A little Googling indicates others are having a
      similar problem after the recent update rollup for Service Pack 4. I will
      keep looking for a solution, but although it is a Symantec file, it sounds
      like something Microsoft screwed up, not Symantec.
