Some time ago I created a list on a groups called MyPetMemorys My premise was that people have very different periods to grieve,
days, years a lifetime, whose to say, yet the world expects us to finishby a certain date.....but at MyPetMemories, time isn't important ...all would always be welcomed at this special place to visit and talk and remember..

      Just at this time
I became more involved in the semantics of helping to design and create our CRF
our CRF memorial meadow for the sleeping rose kitties on John's wonderful and serene site InMemoryofPets and I thought that was of more immediate importance.

The names are somewhat similar but MyPetmemories is not a memorial site, it is a place out of time qhich will always be there, a clubhouse for friends to gather and share good happy memories.

At odd moments I work on the web page to come. As Bella is not well right now
the complete web site is a bit away from completion.

The list group is on e Groups and anyone is welcome to go look around
or join. You can also write to MyPetMemories@...

Bella is becoming more anemic..Her level now at 25 was 28 a few months ago,,,normal is 29 - 45 I believe ..she is also sitting every few minutes and losing weight and roaming again.I am hoping it's not congestive heart failure because she has a large heart murmur and catiomypathy..but it could be caused solely by anemia problem...my regular vet is consulting the specialist but this is a slow process because he answers his calls slowly (specialist),,we are trying to figure out what to do..she is taking norvasc for heart now .,,any suggestions appreciated

Melody, I m sure someone has already asked: Have you had her thyroid checked? That might account for the weight loss and roaming. Hope she feels better soon.

... The thyroid function is checked by measuring the T4 level in the blood. DO you see that value in the bloodwork? I know that anemia can be caused by CRF.

The thyroid function is checked by measuring the T4 level in the blood. DO
you see that value in the bloodwork?

I know that anemia can be caused by CRF. But this would show up on the
                bloodwork.

Also, it's rare for a young cat to be hyperthyroid.

Do you live anywhere near a vet university?

No, closest teaching hospital is six hours away in another part of
Texas..and it would be easier to get on a plane and take her to Animal
Medical Center in Manhattan then drag her to the Texas hospital in the
middle of a hot 100 degree summer...... but with her heart I don't want to
                  do either.....
.I will post all the blood work below.

Thyroid .......It is rare but not unheard of..younger cat one vet heard
about a one year old..... Brooke is being retested but from her behavior
coat she is either insane or thyroid

By the way, have you heard about the trials they are doing for crf cats
giving norvasc..no sub a just norvasc on cats that are not even obvious
                  heard patients
