Update on Brynner
- Hi everyone. In the Summer I came onto this site for information and support when my recently adopted stray had a suspected enlarged heart. The vet said that according to the x-rays he appeared to have fluid in his lungs and an enlarged heart. I enrolled a cardiologist who said that he was clear but was possibly coughing and breathing fast due to a lungworm infestation. He had been living rough for a long time. He has now been on a wormer for the lungworm for the past 4 months and a visit to the vet yesterday confirmed that his heart and lungs were beautifully clear. I am so relieved. I am also so grateful for every one of you who helped me through this worrying time. My thoughts and best wishes are with everyone who has a poorly cat and I hope that your outcome is as favourable as mine and Brynners'.
Diane and Brynner x
Hi DianeThat's wonderful news and I`m delighted for Brynner who now has a chance of a happy and healthy life. We don't often get good news here but when we do it's a real cause for celebration. Give him a big hug from me and the Furkids:))Lyn
