        Been meaning to mention...although it's probably passed the time you'd want to purchase another cone...
        but there are soft cones on the market that are easier for cats to wear while they are healing. There was a discussion about these on vettalk a few months/weeks ago. If you're interested, let me know, and I'll try to trace back the thread for you.

        Today was Sheba's post op follow-up appointment. The vet was very pleased with what he saw. He said the corneal grafts look great in both eyes and there is a good blood flow. Therefore the likelihood of these corneal ulcers returning is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. In fact, very unlikely to return. WOO HOO!!
        She got a good eye and face cleaning too.
        The eye drops have been cut in half, and Sheebs will appreciate this. Next follow up is one week from today. And the cone, must remain on until then.
        Big Sigh :(
