    Hi My cats fast before an echo in case a problem is found and they need further xrays. They ve never needed them but it s a precaution in case they do. Lyn

      Always a wise plan to go with the specialist. Martha is a holy terror at the vet s, scaring everyone within miles. But she s never had to be sedated for echo.
