      I scheduled an appt for Tuesday when the internal med specialist
      returns. I am thinking of asking to switch from the atenolol over to
      the diltiazem, at least on a trial basis, to see if there is an
      improvement in Widgie's energy levels. Have any of you seen this
      happen? Also, I don't think I'm getting emails today...have to read
      stuff on the website.

      pum was initially lethargic on the atenolol but then ok after awhile...diltizem has more side effects than the atenolol from what i understand....you are hcm

        understand....you are hcm right? not just high bp? otherwise you could ask
        about norvasc/amlodipine.....

        how is her poop? she's not constipated? urine? just trying to eliminate
        possiblities.
