      It is possible that Billy was slightly dehydrated from the lasix too. Dehydration can cause disorientation. A way to check for dehydration is gently pulling on the nape of the neck to see if it bounces back quickly or slowly. Slowly is dehydrated. A better way is to check Billy's gum. If the gums are slick and pink that is good. Tacky,dry and pale is dehydrated. If Billy's gums are black colored then just check for tacky or slick.
