HOw can I find out her accurate date of birth???

      Female cat
      Name- Boo Boo
Date of Birth – in Trylon Vet Care records they have 8/95 as her DOB but in Animal Medical Center, the Echocardiography Report shows that her DOB is Jan 1, 1994 (is it possible to tell exactly when a cat was born with a heart sonogram?)
      Weight: 6 lbs.

      HEART

3/22/95 --. In Trylon Vet Care, Queens, NY, Boo Boo was diagnosed with the folowing:
I took her to the Vet for check up and they found :
      Bilatotodectis
      Grade II/VI Systolic Murmur

12/3/99 -- She was vomiting and I took her back to them, they found:
      Grade III/VI Systolic Murmur

They took x-rays and found that she has a heart murmur, so I took her to HUMANE SOCIETY in NY to do a sonogram, here are the results:
      Heart Murmur (Hypetrophic Cardiomyopathy).
They put her on 25mg ¼ Tablet of Atenolol Daily
      Assesment: LV hypetrophy –moderate
      HCM outflow obstruction

4/24/2000 -- Boo Boo had another sonogram of her heart at THE ANIMAL MEDICAL CENTER
      Here is the Echocardiography Report:

      History and Physical Exam

History: HCM, CRF, Atenolol 6.25 mg SID
Physical Exam: III/VI left sternal systolic. Strong pulses.
EKG: Normal sinus rhythm during the echocardiogram.

      Diagnosis:
      -Moderate left atrial enlargement
-Severe left ventricular hypetrophy and reduced diastolic LV dimensions
      -Increased fractional shortening
      -Severe LVOT narrowing and gradient
      -No right heart enlargement

      A: Severe hypetrophic cardiomyopathy

      Treatment and Recommendations:
Recommend to increase Atenolol 6.25 mg BID. Monitor for signs of CHF.

      KIDNEYS (CRF) Dignoses:

12/11/99 -- When she was on a regular check up Trylon Vet Care took blood and urine from her and this is what they got:

      BUN/creatine-21
      CREATINE-2.2
      Phosphorous-5.5
      Calcium-9.9
      Potassium-4.1

It all seemed normal at the time and the only thing in Qs was her heart condition until we did the xrays and the sonogram and then there was a diagnosis for a heart murmur.

~4/13/00 A few weeks ago she started urinating around the house, outside her litter box. I took her to Human Society, NY. They took blood and urine from her and here are the results:

      Glucose-186
      Urea Nitrogen-72
      BUN/creatine-16
      Creatine-4.5
      Phosphorous-6.7
      Calcium-10.7

4/24/2000 I took her to THE ANIMAL MEDICAL CENTER for a 2nd opinion (to see a kidney specialist)
here are the blood and urine results:

      PRELIMINARY CULTURE RESULTS
4/26/00 GRAM STAIN : NO ORGANISMS SEEN.
4/27/00 NO GROWTH SO FAR. More TO FOLLOW.
