You should apply for Care Credit. www.carecredit.com Depending on how much the ofc visit was you can
make cash payment for x-amt of months w/no interest. It also varies from ofc to ofc. Some ofc can give you
12 mo interest free on low $$ too. You also have to see if you vet take it, but trust me I can't hurt to have.
I use it at the cardio vet and the ER.
Pet ins, to me is a joke. If you go to BBB, you can read the complaints that people have on pet ins co.
My feel once you own a pet you should set aside some $ every mo, and build up an ER acct for you pets.
The $$ you spend for pet ins you can put aside yourself, in a money market acct and earn interest on top of it,
and don't have to deal w/claims.
