    Message 1 of 1 , Apr 14, 2013

RCV  BILL   ---   MONDAY IN  IMPORTANT  COMMITTEE

The ‘Local Option’ bill HB2518 which ‘allows’ a city, town or county to use or adopt Approval Voting and Ranked Choice Voting (added as an amendment) is in the SENATE RULES COMMITTEE TOMORROW (1:00 PM).

Please weigh in with your support NOW
      – you can do this even on the weekend.
Simply ask the committee to vote YES to pass HB2518 out of committee.

Share with others who may also be supporters of RCV.

If you are already registered on ALIS (Arizona Legislative Information System) you can still do a ‘request to speak’ for this committee and bill.  You can simply send in your message without planning on actually speaking to the committee (or being there).  [Note: the first time you register it must be at the capitol.  After that you can ‘speak’ from home.]  www.azleg.gov

If you are NOT registered on ALIS,
You can find the telephone numbers and email addresses of each of the committee members with the links below.
