      My reluctance using the driving analogy is that roads don't change
      materially on a frequent basis. I can keep an old map for a long time
      without too much worry, particularly in the general area that I live in.
      The changes that do happen are also generally known about well in advance
      and don't happen quickly.

      My view of Software doesn't seem to have these characteristics.
      Requirements change, without warning. And, I have a difficult time
      figuring out ahead of time which ones it will be. Maybe that's just me.
