First European Conference on Software Projects, Process & People

      Cologne Germany, 1-3 December

      Theme: Better Software Sooner

Deadline for submissions: Monday April 5th 2004
Notification of acceptance: Monday May 31st 2004
Presentations / papers due: Monday September 6th 2004
Conference dates: Wednesday December 1st to Friday December 3rd 2004

"Better Software Sooner" Most practitioners in the software world
seem to be asked to do more and more every day – with the same or
less resources – and to more exacting quality and performance
standards. And software is being delivered! This conference is
about "how you did it". What were the success factors, the people,
the project management practices, the effective processes that
allowed you to succeed? This conference aims at exchanging good
practices among practitioners at project management and engineering

EuroSP3 2004 will be launched in Cologne, Germany, under the same
roof as EuroSTAR 2004, a sister conference. EuroSP3 will provide
excellent professional networking opportunity with outstanding
keynotes and presentations, organised in tracks on Software Project
Management, Software Process Management and Software People

EuroSP3 2004 is organised by QualTech Conferences, the organisation
that brings EuroSTAR and AsiaSTAR to practitioners every year.
EuroSTAR is now in its 12th year and is the largest software test
conference in Europe and arguably the best! EuroSTAR 2004 promises to
be even bigger and better! Even though this will be two full and
separate conferences under one roof, delegates and speakers attending
one conference will have the option (for no extra charge) to move
between conferences for sessions they find attractive.
