The next Phoenix eXtreme Programming User Group meeting will be held on
Monday, July 14th. This is an informal gathering of Phoenix area
developers and project managers who are interested in agile software
development, especially, eXtreme Programming (XP). If you want to find
out more about agile software development, this is the place to go!
To be notified of upcoming agile development events in Phoenix, AZ,
      please subscribe to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/XpPhoenix.
Topic: Planning Game Software - Jiva DeVoe will demonstrate some project
management software which he has written specifically for tracking XP
projects. This application distills the essence of XP task tracking into
something that makes managing XP projects a little bit easier for
distributed teams. It also has applicability for teams who don't want to
bother with mundane things such as calculating velocity by hand. He'll
also talk about some of the advantages and disadvantages of using cards
      vs. other methods.
Our host this month is the ASU Software Factory. For more information
