Since there are Scrum Software Developers, there should be a Scrum Software Development Process.

Quoting from scrum.org: "Attendees will be taught how to use modern software engineering practices to develop an increment of completed, potentially shippable functionality. They will be taught how to do so within the Scrum process, working within self-organizing cross-functional teams, doing iterative, incremental development."

-?-> How come Ken + Jeff offer a Scrum Developer course/certification? without showing the related Process?
-?-> What is the set of "modern software engineering practices" they use to develop? Is it something they (=Ken + Jeff) invented/developed? Are XP based? Are Agile based?
-?-> What is the difference between Agile and XP practices and Scrum software development practices?
