      Aye, there's the rub. At the dailywtf.com, at least half of the
      'tales from the interview' wtf's are caused by genuinely insane
      policies like not getting other people who are good at the given job
      to evaluate the interviewee. These stories are quite frightening, and
      ridiculously common.
