      Hi all:

As more and more companies are adopting Scrum, many are concerned about
the issues of Scaling Scrum. While Scrum-of-Scrums is useful for
coordinating multiple Scrum teams, it does not address Enterprise wide
issues of structure or architecture. This webinar starts by describing
Scrum-of-Scrums and then goes on to describe how Lean Software can be
useful in project portfolio management to simplify cross project
dependencies. It also discusses a variety of ways Design Patterns can
be used to eliminate technical dependencies between projects. In other
words, instead of just using Scrum to manage project dependencies, this
talk discusses how Lean and Design Patterns can lower the number of
      dependencies.

The hour immediately after the seminar will be a Q&A session on the
      Lean-Agile-Scrum User Group site
      (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/leanagilescrum). Messages left
there within an hour of the webinar will be answered immediately.
