Martin Fowler has a very interesting blog on "Using an Agile Software Process with Offshore Development"
      Link : http://www.martinfowler.com/articles/agileOffshore.html

Last year at the Agile 2006 conference, I presented an experience report on "Offshore Agile Maintenance". Even though the experience was around maintaining a project, I believe a lot of what I talk in the paper is applicable to distributed Agile.

      Link to my blog: http://blogs.agilefaqs.com/2006/08/01/offshore-agile-maintenance-5.aspx

      Hope this helps.

      Hi,

I have some personal experience in using scrum teams on and offshore
      on a project...

I would be interested in your experiences using co-located teams on
agile projects...or if you know of specific links which address " i
hate to use the term..but "best practices" in maximizing team
      productivity busing the offshore model.

      Thanx,

      Kip
