      Bill, probably that's when you created a yahoo id. Egroups, and onelist
      which preceded it, were more traditional email lists. You /can/
      subscribe to yahoogroups as an email list, but they don't make that
      information easy to find, preferring that people be more easily tracked
      for marketing.
