      1- Take a shower just before reading
      2- Drink 2 glasses of water before reading
      3- Bikeride/walk 25 in the afternoon, 5 days a week. Although exercises
      like cycling sometimes makes you tired they can cause temporary improvements
      in mental performance, including alertness, capacity to carry out repetitive
      tasks, and both accuracy and speed in an information processing test
      4- Have a reading routine, read at the same time everyday
      5- Just before reading do this--> Drink a cup of coffee (and if you smoke
      cigarrettes, smoke a cigarrette or 2 to stimulate endorphin levels in the
      body which smoking aids in concentration and mental alertness. Studies show
      that some neuro stimulants such as coffee and/or cigarrettes has also been
      credited with improvements in mental performance through an increased
      release of two neurotransmitters involved with memory function,
      acetylcholine and vasopressin.
      6- Put a glass of water or a cold soft drink right besides your
      reading-chair. because reading makes you thirsty.
      7- Do not read when hungry or low sugar.
      8- Have a high carbohydrate diet because the brain uses carbs for reading
      performance
      9- Don't read sitting straight or in an office chair. Read in a comfortable
      chair like one of the la-z-boys chaise-long
      10-Listen to a couple songs of your taste before reading, music acts as
      energies into slow vibrations into your nervoys system which increases will
