      1. Perhaps the actions of Hitler are more a manifestation of a
      student of Machiavellian concepts than Nietzscheian. Hitler utilized
      an ethical moral code to commit evil activity. For example when he
      annexed the Sudetenland he claimed that a moral code justified the
      unification of Teutonic People. Nietzsche perhaps would deny any
      moral justification for any behavior.
      2. I believe Nietzsche possessed an aversion to Nationalism.
      3. Mentally retarded, insane individuals, insects, animals,
      microscopic organisms and inanimate objects are unable to pursue evil
      even though the consequences are the same.
      4. A pragmatic philosophy may address the practical concerns of
      the individual and improve society.
