Links to old maps will go up on Monday, and audio stuff will be linked
tomorrow. I have about eight hours of cowboy related poetry, tales, and
music from the 2004 Cowboy Poetry Exhibition in Elko Nevada.

I hope you can find something useful on the site before it is over.

      Hi, Bob!

Congrats on a fabulous (hi-tech) idea to accompany every step of the way of
      the Great Western Trail drive!

I've been thinking about ways to try and involve my 2nd year EFLers and
maybe it's best through listening to some of the audio files, even if I have
to transcribe them so they can follow more easily, or by using the posts of
youngsters about the early trail. It would be great if kids could also send
      audio files.

We don't have any similar tradition in Portugal, only as seafarers all over
the world. Who knows, maybe I can try to make a link somewhere. I promise to
      keep on thinking about it!

An idea just came to mind: I think it would be interesting to have an
interactive map of the trail that would pinpoint the daily location of the
cattle drivers: day 1, day 2, etc. Think that's possible?

      (Enthusiastic!!!) Teresa
