CEO of Horizon Wimba, Inc. which will be headquartered in New York
City. Mr. Walter H. Barandiaran, current Chairman and CEO of
HorizonLive, Inc. will become the Chairman of Horizon Wimba, Inc.
Walter Barandarian, Chairman and CEO of HorizonLive commented: "The

Completion of the combination is subject to a number of customary
conditions to closing including, among others, completion of
