Could you be more specific about what kinds of help you want? More tools? Organization? Content?
You mention a number of interesting tools, but I think the chapter needs more of a framework/structure. You start out assuming the teacher wants to or should use "simple" tech tools -- but this may not be the case. Can you make an argument for why that is a good idea?
You might want to describe some of those 21st century skills first. Also, you need to explain Web 2.0 - a number of the tools you mention are not innately Web 2.0, but could be used that way by a skillful teacher. These concepts need to be explained as ground work.
I'd also suggest using some sub-headings to break up the list of tools and help the reader conceptualize how one type of tool might relate to the others.
