      Hi,

      I think Russell Stannard's screen capture tool of choice at the moment is
      Jing - http://www.jingproject.com - (also from Techsmith as with Camtasia
      and Screencast.com). There is a free version that allows you to make five
      minute recordings of whatever is on you screen (voice over) which you can
      then save on your hard drive and/or share online with a free Screencast
      account. It works well and is very easy to use. Here's an example used for
