I like it!
Thanks very much, hearing that makes it worth all the effort, not just for my small part, but especially for the many others who contributed.
It could not have happened but for each participant carrying an appropriately apportioned burden. Everyone did their best and did it well!

I can't thank you enough for letting me be part of this wonderful experience of online convergence. As a first-timer, I was simply amazed. Trying to catch up with all sorts of new platforms and being able to communicate with renowned and dedicated professionals was quite rewarding. I attended several conferences before, but this is by far THE BEST. Although I couldn't participate live in many sessions I really looked forward to, I managed to catch up later by listening to the podcasts. This is simply the best professional endeavor I've ever witnessed.
Making best use of available web 2.0 tools, making knowledge accessible to all, making sense of our role as EFL/ESL professionals -- All this with a collective sense of responsibility.
I raise my hat to all those who made this dream come true. I wish I could be a more active participant by the next WiAOC.

So sorry to hear that. Much of the success was attributable to the wikis
you started and the Ning which you helped to improve for us.
Of course you can catch the presentations as they emerge from where they
were captured on servers here and there. The central location for that is
Volunteers are needed to help edit audio. Jose Rodriguez volunteered to
manage that. If you can run even one recording through Audacity to ensure
that what results is what people want to listen to this would be much
appreciated. Let us know if you want to help.
