I'm sorry to hear of this problem. I hope that Hotmail have been able to ascertain that you are the person who owns the balothman account and that you have managed to recover possession of this facet of your online identity.

It sounds like you are doing what you can. I hope the identity crisis has been limited to hotmail. Let us know the situation now.
