      Even myself, a complete bigenner in error coins can see that it is a
      fake Like Mike said you can see that somone machined out a small
      amount of the 1993 quarter probably 1 mm deep? and then grabbed
      another one and machined off all of the quarter except the heads
      part equaly the same thickness and fit it it into the qarter very
      poor job at doing so as well.
