Over 2,000 went to DeafNation Expo in Phoenix, AZ on Saturday,
February 26, 2005! There were 68 booths.
So far over 1,000 have signed up for DeafNation Expo in Atlanta.

EXHIBIT PACKAGES INCLUDE:

SIZE OF EVENTS -TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON
Each paid exhibitor will receive the exhibition welcome kit including
full details; Move-in schedule, Show schedule, badges pick-up and
exhibition services through E-mail. Each floor plan will be
released within 14-30 days prior to each event date.
Carpeting, furnishings, utilities, internet, telecom, booth cleaning,
freight handling and set-up/dismantling labor are the responsibility
of the exhibitor. Order forms for all services
will be available in the exhibitor manual. Carpeting or suitable
fireproof floor covering is mandatory for all exhibits.

Choice of Exhibition Location
Sponsors in the following ranking will have first pick of their
Exhibitors that are not sponsors choose from the available spaces
(non-reserved sponsor spaces)
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, however, that
exhibition registrations will be considered
effective from the moment that your completed forms have been
received. Only fully paid-up exhibitors
will be able to choose an exhibition location when the floor plan is
DeafNation Expo reserves the right to refuse participation of any
company, even if pre-payment has been made, as it deems necessary.
