If you look at older mystical writings - from Dee to Agrippa to the Bible - you'll notice that political nations are intimately linked with the physical places they reside. The Parts of the Earth were given to Dee based on various national spheres of influence (drawing, as we've said before, from Ptolemy). The Parts of the Earth are also supposed to change as the stars change, with kings rising and falling, etc. If the Parts represented solid chunks of ground, they wouldn't change with the stars nor would they have anything to do with the rise and fall of nations.
In a similar vein, I feel the four "quarters" of the Earth covered by the Great Table are geo-political. Western civilization, Eastern civilization, etc, etc.

And *together* (land mass and nations) they should make one or more Parts of the Earth.
As for the rest - you're just debating my personal interpretation of certain materials. Since I'm not claiming they are cannon, I don't really see the point in debating every little detail of them here in the group. *You* dislike the association of "fire across the Earth" and North America. Duly noted, brother. ;)
