Group Description

Our Annual Spring Young Eagles Day will be held on Saturday, May 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Seamans Field Airport (9N3). Pilots provide free airplane rides for children ages 8 through 17. Each child must be accompanied to the event by his or her parent or legal guardian. If weather makes safe flying not possible, we will reschedule the event to the next day, Sunday, May 28, same time and location. .

The Endless Mountains Pilots EAA Chapter 1458, Inc., is located at Seamans Field Airport (9N3), Factoryville, PA. We meet on the last Monday of each month at 7 p.m. During the three cooler seasons, beginning in October, our meeting room is at the Hibbard Campus Center at Keystone College in La Plume, which is just south of the airport on U.S. Routes 6 and 11. Many of us meet in the cafeteria near the meeting room at about 5:30 p.m. for dinner. During the summer, we convene at the Seamans Airport fixed base operator's (FBO) office. Everyone is invited.

The purpose of the Endless Mountains Pilots shall be to promote general aviation to the non-flying public, promote flying safety to our membership through club-sponsored educational programs, and to provide a social forum for Endless Mountains Pilots members and their families.

The officers are President Jim Hunt, Vice President Dennis Moran, Secretary Ray Collins, and Treasurer Glenn Mikolaczyk.

The address of Seamans Field Airport is 727 Windsock Lane, Factoryville, PA 18419.
