      constumisation. 'Tengwar Sindarin' is not a mode or a
      language, it's just the name of the font and has no
      relation to Sindarin or other language. Think for
      example that the Italic fonts are not intended for the
      Italian language

      (I wish Dan Smith considered renaming his Tengwar
      Quenya and Tengwar Sindarin fonts to something else.
      Almost everyone is confused by the names and thinks
      that each font is for each language, or that the names
      are actually names of modes)

      Just experiment with them. Two different modes of
      writing Sindarin. One uses letters for vowels (full
      mode) while the other uses signs.
