      It has been published in VT 46: "Addenda and Corrigenda to the
      Etymologies - Part Two", edited by Carl F. Hostetter and Patrick H.
      Wynne, where it's mentioned on the page 21, and especially in
      "Appendix III: The Tengwar in the Etymologies", by Arden R. Smith, on
      the pagees 31, and 32. Arden also mentions a document entitled "The
      Beleriandic or Exilic Usage", contemporary to the Etymologies, where
      the famous gasdil is identified with halla (when h became represented
      by hyarmen).
