      J = Gh
      Th = could be either Dh or Th, depending on voice.
      Q = K
      C = K or in some ways S.
      Ch = Most times is Ch, but can also be K.
      Kh = Likely K
      Wh = Actually is more often Hw.
      X = is just KS. But where we use it it is often something else.
      And we use KS instead of X..

      What else? So to do a tengwar, do you have to use all the letters, or
      only those that matter.
