Do you want these names to be first in 'Elvish' language and then
transcribed in Tengwar ('Elvish' writing system) or just your latin
        names writen in Tengwar?

        So, TARYN:
Anglicized form of the Irish place name Teamhair, which possibly
means "elevated place" in Gaelic. (glosses from
        www.behindthename.com) > Q Telmasarne (from Quenya Lapseparma)

        JAMES:
English form of the Late Latin Jacomus which was derived from
Iakobos, the New Testament Greek form of Ya'aqob (see JACOB).

        JACOB:
From the Latin Jacobus, which was from the Greek Iakobos, which was
from the Hebrew name Ya'aqob which meant "holder of the heel"
or "supplanter". > Q Encaitar or Encaitaro (from Quenya Lapseparma)

            Encaitar/Encaitaro = James
