SCHOOLS IAQ CONNECTOR LISTSERVE
Today is National Teacher Day – a day to thank our teachers and reflect on the crucial role that teachers play in making sure every student receives a quality education!
Teachers also play an important part in effective school indoor air quality (IAQ) management. Since they work in the classroom, teachers can be an IAQ management team’s eyes and ears on the front lines and report IAQ concerns to maintenance personnel. Teachers are student advocates for healthy indoor learning environments!
For tips and resources on how teachers can get involved with IAQ management and help create healthy learning environments, check out EPA’s IAQ Tools for Schools Framework for Effective School IAQ Programs and resources for teachers.
Thank you to all the passionate teachers working to improve IAQ in their schools!
