      Directions for the Children and Nature Initiative Webinar
      1. Please join the webinar promptly at 2:30 p.m. EST.
      2. Please try to sign into the webinar 15 minutes early. There may be updates WebEx requires to run on your computer, which can take a few minutes. There is a link on the WebEx start page that will help you test your system to prepare for the webinar.
      3. Please call in using a land line and avoid cell phones as they may introduce background noise.
      4. Muting of phones - While all lines will be centrally muted to reduce background noise, please also use the mute button on your phone to avoid background noise which can make it difficult for other participants to hear.
      5. Speakerphone: If you are unable to mute your line manually, please do not use a speakerphone.
      6. Hold: Do not put the conference call on hold if background music plays when calls are placed on hold.
