      Applications are now being accepted for the U.S. EPA National Environmental Leadership Award in Asthma Management! Since 2005, 26 health plans, health care providers and communities in action have received this Award – the nation’s highest honor for programs delivering excellent environmental asthma management as part of their comprehensive asthma care services.

      Apply today if you are a health plan, health care provider or a community in action whose work:

      • Addresses environmental triggers as part of a comprehensive asthma program.
      • Fosters high-performing collaborations and partnerships.
      • Promotes healthy homes, schools and workplaces to improve the lives of those with asthma.

      New this Year – EPA is seeking school-based asthma management programs working toward controlling asthma in schools to submit an application for a School-Based Asthma Program Award under the Communities in Action category. Learn more and spread the word
