      Short Internships

How about an internship during the holidays?

College students in science related majors are invited to participate in the EEOP short internship program.  The short internship is a 40 to 80 hour experience working with a local tribal environmental office, tribal agency, or other organizations such as the USEPA on air quality or climate change issues.  We are seeking interns for the holiday break.

As an intern you will get paid $12.50 an hour for working on air quality or climate change issues during your holiday break.  The internship should be near your home or here in Flagstaff.  We will need your help to identify an appropriate host site.  The host could be a tribal environmental office, tribal agency, tribal college, or other state and local organizations that work on tribal air quality issues near your home or here in Flagstaff.

To apply, go to the EEOP website:

      http://www4.nau.edu/eeop/internships/sip_internship.asp

If you have questions, contact Mansel at 928 523 1275 or mansel.nelson@....
