Subject: Exciting Balloon Satellite Workshop opportunity
Please find attached the information regarding an exciting opportunity to participate in the NASA Space Grant’s “Changes in Altitudes Balloon Satellite Project.” Teachers in grades 5 – 12 and their teams of 4 students will design, build, and fly atmospheric experiments on high altitude weather balloons.
The required teacher training workshop (which includes a balloon launch) for this project will be October 14 (begins after 5:00 PM) – 16 (through afternoon) in Phoenix.
