      Brief Description of Duties:

      This position is located in the Security Division, Strategic
      Petroleum Reserve Project Management Office, U.S. Department of Energy,
      performs assigned duties required to protect the security interests at the
      facilities. These duties include a variety of security duties related to
      property protection program to prevent, deter, and quickly detect the theft,
      damage, or destruction of Government personal property.

      Education and Experience Requirements:

      GS-5: Education- 4 year course of study leading to a
      degree; /OR/, Experience- 3 years of general experience, 1 year of which was
      equivalent to at least GS-4.

      GS-7: Education- 1 full year of graduate level education or
      superior academic achievement: /OR/, Experience-1 year of specialized
      (experience in, or related to the line of work of the position) equivalent
      least GS-5.

      A training plan must be developed for every career intern, and will be
      individualized and recognize the knowledges, skills and abilities brought to
      position by the selectee.

      The Center for Workforce Preparation (CWP), an affiliate of the
      United States Chamber of Commerce, seeks a Director of Program
      Management to manage day-to-day CWP programs. Duties include, but are not
      limited to the following: oversee the management of CWP programs to ensure
      that all product deadlines, deliverables date and reporting requirements are
      met; manage and enhance current and future strategic alliances, coalitions
      partnerships; oversee database information as it relates to program
      management; effectively manage the launch of new programs to
      ensure that all administrative procedures and grant requirements are
      properly met; establish and maintain effective working relationships with
      Chamber administrative departments; and provide the Executive Director
