      JOB TITLE: REGIONAL MANAGER

       

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      Under the supervision of the Region Director, this position is responsible for the financial and operational success of a region of 5-10 centers. The Region Manager will be required to set and manage an annual region budget and performance plan.  Through weekly center visits, Center Director meetings, and business check-ins, the Region Manager will drive results in customer satisfaction, employee retention, and financial performance.

       

      PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      ·        Drive financial and operational success of region

      o       Manage revenue goal setting process

      o       Maximize region contribution through analysis of P&Ls, optimization of Center costs and meeting required business benchmarks

      o       Develop business relationships to drive revenue to centers

      o       Produce daily and monthly performance summaries

      o       Manage the Center growth plan process

      ·        Serve, manage, lead and develop coaching staff

      o       Plan region staffing (e.g., assists with interviewing process, and offer making

      o       Determine Center promotions, interventions/terminations as necessary

      o       Maintain high development of leadership talent; serve as a net exporter of talent to the company

      o       Maintain a high level of Director satisfaction and performance

      o       Coordinate position specific meetings and administer effective region meetings that improve performance, recognize, train and inform staff

       

      QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

      • BA/BS Required. MBA preferred
      • Minimum 5 Years experience managing operations for a multiple unit employer; education setting preferred
      • Passionate performance orientation
      • Strong communication and leadership skills
      • Proven record of meeting revenue objectives
      • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks
      • Keen ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on data
      • Critical thinker
      • Excellent presentation skills
