The VP of Sales will manage all aspects of sales nationally for the organization. This
person will be a critical member of the business team and will have direct accountability to
the President of PowerSchool. The successful candidate will create new business
opportunities by leading a direct inside and outside sales force. You must build and
motivate your team to success.
The right executive will understand the value of Marketing and the other departments.
This person will facilitate a strong working relationship of all teams in the organization.

*Visiting, training and motivating the entire sales force.
*Must be able to define a Compensation plan that will motivate sales force.
