We are seeking a strong Instructional Leader to guide our collaborative teachers and staff in translating their passion and dedication into academic empowerment for our students. As Principal, you will be the overall school leader in our community, developing and implementing programs, guiding the administrative team, working with students and families, and mentoring and evaluating teachers. You will also be part of a dedicated, hardworking Network Leadership team that collaboratively shapes the school culture and curriculum across our network of schools, addressing the challenges of urban education.
The LPS San Jose core program implements and extends the award-winning innovations that have been developed across the LPS Network, utilizing a variety of technology-enhanced approaches to accelerate learning, transition students to college, and build their economic assets – all with the goal ensuring their successful transition to, through and beyond college. If your passion aligns with our passion, we invite your application for the unique leadership opportunity.
