      Grow Network/McGraw-Hill is an education company that serves 10 –
      20 state and large district markets with contracts in excess of $1 –
      2M per annum. We branch the education and business worlds to bring
      transformative assessment reporting products to school districts. We
      are currently partners with some of the largest states and school
      districts in the nation, including New York City, Chicago,
      Pennsylvania, Texas, and California.

      We are seeking a Vice President of Client Services.

      Roles and Responsibilities
      • Act as a thought partner to senior education and government
      officials
      • Build and manage relationships with senior education and
      government officials
      • Cultivate and execute additional sales opportunities with clients
      • Lead strategic vision for Client Services team
      • Help Client Services team grow to serve larger number of clients
      • Hold final responsibility for effective performance of Client
      Services team
      • Mentor Client Services Directors in partnering with clients to
      understand true needs and shape product goals
      • Establish final priorities among Client Services markets
      • Supervise Professional Development and Customer Support departments

      Qualifications
      • Demonstrated capacity to hold high level conversations on national
      education landscape
      • Extensive experience building relationships and navigating
      government agencies
      • Credibility within education market sufficient to partner with
      state and large district education departments
      • Knowledge of education assessment issues
      • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
      • Proven management experience
      • BA required; advanced degree (MPP, MBA, JD, M.Ed., PhD) preferred
